Jean is member of the American Society of Appraisers, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society. She is on the Finance Committee for the United Way of Allen County, the Advisory Board for the Unity Performing Arts Foundation, and the Board of Directors and Finance Committee for the YWCA Metro. Mike has credentials from nationally recognized valuation organizations. He holds an Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA) designation and earned his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2002. Mike is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

Jean has over 30 years of professional experience and is one of the founding directors of Baden, Gage & Schroeder, LLC. Her practice focuses on business valuations, litigation support, and serving clients related to business expansion, succession of ownership, personal asset protection, and profit improvement.
Mike joined Baden, Gage & Schroeder in 2009 with nine years of business valuation experience. He provides business valuation and succession planning services to clients in closely-held businesses and small to medium-sized companies in various industry groups.
